Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms govern use of the services provided by Tykar Group LLC (“Tykar Group”, “we”, “us”), including our AI phone agent platform and the text messages we send on behalf of the transportation operators who use it.

Messaging terms

Program description

Tykar Group sends transactional text messages on behalf of ground transportation operators. Messages contain trip quotes, booking confirmation links, and notifications about a trip you have booked — pickup time, vehicle, and chauffeur details. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

You consent to receive these messages by asking for them during a telephone call you placed to the operator. The agent asks whether you would like the information by text and reads your number back before anything is sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can decline and still book your trip. We do not send messages to numbers obtained from any other source.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending them. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.

Frequency, cost, and carriers

Message frequency varies with your trip; typically one to four messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

The service

Our platform answers calls, quotes trips, and records bookings for transportation operators. Each operator sets their own rates, service area, vehicles, and policies. Tykar Group provides the software; the operator provides the transportation.

Quotes and bookings

A price quoted by the agent is an estimate produced from the operator’s own rate tables and the trip details given on the call. It is not a binding contract until the operator confirms the reservation. Final charges may differ where the trip, timing, waiting time, tolls, or passenger count change. The transportation contract is between you and the operator, not with Tykar Group.

Recording

Calls may be recorded and transcribed where the operator has enabled it. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires notice, the agent gives it at the start of the call. Continuing the call after that notice indicates your consent to being recorded. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use, no attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and no use of the service to send unsolicited messages.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Telephone networks, carriers, and third-party providers can fail, and maintenance is occasionally necessary.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tykar Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a trip arranged with an operator, a quote that proved inaccurate, or a message that was delayed or not delivered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
